"Everything showed up right, so I’m happy with it"
I got the exact pans and utensils I ordered, and nothing was missing or swapped out, which is always a relief, right? The packaging was fine too, nothing damaged or weird. It did take a little longer than I expected, but since the order was correct, I can’t really complain. Overall, happy with it.

"Delivery was a bit hit or miss"
Well... the delivery was kinda inconsistent. One of my orders showed up later than expected, which was a little annoying, but at least the packaging was fine and everything arrived in decent shape.

"The site was easy to..."
The site was easy to use, and I had a decent feeling about the order overall. The only thing that threw me off was that a few kitchen items I had my eye on were out of stock. I ended up choosing different ones, which worked out okay, but it was a little frustrating in the moment. My gut impression is that the experience was fine, they just need to stay on top of inventory a bit better

"Didn’t quite hold up for me"
I was hoping this pan would work out better, and at first it seemed decent enough. It looked nice and felt easy to use for the first couple of meals, so I was optimistic.
After a few uses though, it started sticking, the handle felt a bit loose, and the cooking wasn’t as even as I expected. It’s not the worst pan I’ve used, but for the price I thought it would last longer. I probably wouldn’t buy it again

Checkout went smoothly, I paid without any trouble, and nothing weird popped up or slowed things down.

"Shipping took longer than it should have"
Shipping was just okay. It took longer than I expected, but the package did show up in good condition. What annoyed me more was how the shipping policy seems to leave enough wiggle room that they can call it “on time” even when it feels late. Not the worst experience, but definitely a bit frustrating.

"Works, but it feels clunky"
I did eventually find what I was looking for, but using the site felt kind of frustrating. The filters are annoying and made me feel a bit trapped, like I had to keep clicking around just to narrow things down properly.

"Made it here, but the packaging could’ve been better"
My order showed up in one piece, so I can’t complain too much. The box was crushed though, and there was barely any padding inside. Nothing was broken, thankfully, but since it was kitchen stuff I expected it to be packed a little more securely. Anyway, it

"Kept Getting Vague Promises"
After I placed my order, I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to find out what was going on. The updates were slow, and when they did reply, it was mostly vague promises like “soon” or “we’ll update you shortly” without any real details. Frustrating experience overall.

"Pretty limited kitchen selection"
I walked in assuming I’d find a decent mix of kitchen stuff, but the selection felt thin right away. A lot of the basic things I’d expect to see weren’t there, and there weren’t many brand options either. After a quick look around, I kind of figured it wasn’t going to be worth browsing much longer. Disappointing overall.

"Still waiting to hear back"
I emailed customer service three different times and never got a single reply. They’ve got all the usual polished wording on the site about being helpful and responsive, but that didn’t match my experience at all. Frustrating.
